We are available via telephone 9-4pm PST Monday through Friday! Our customer service email is available 24 hours a day! On the weekends we will do our best to respond as soon as possible! Most Weekend emails will be returned promptly the following Monday!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders! We value our customers and we strive to provide them with free shipping no matter how large or small the order!

How do I track shipping?

After placing your order you will receive two emails: one with an order confirmation as soon as you place your order and a second one with tracking information once your item has shipped!

All Elkton Outdoors orders ship FREE within the continental United States!

What is your return policy?

We honor a 30-day return policy on any unused resalable items. We understand that ordering online can be worrisome; we want you to be confident in your purchase and make this a stress-free experience.

What does the refund process entail?

Please email us at cs@elktonoutdoors.com with your full name and order number to initiate the return process. Also, please include a brief description of why you are returning the product.

We'll issue a full refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected the product(s) and all included accessories. Please note that this refund will not include a reimbursement for shipping costs.

My order arrived but there is something missing from the package.

Do you work with the community?

Elkton Outdoors participates with the local community as often as possible by donating products and volunteering our time at local events. We also love to sponsor events so if you have an organization you would like us to consider please reach out to us via our contact sheet!

How do I become a brand ambassador?

In order to become a brand ambassador we ask that you contact us with your social media information and a little about what your vision as a brand ambassador is. We will evaluate your proposal and get back to you within one business week!
